Refund & Cancellation Policy
1) Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases from IT WIZ INFOTECH, including courses, digital services, and related subscriptions.
2) General Refund Terms
- Advance/Booking fees are non-refundable once work or onboarding has commenced.
- Custom work (e.g., development, design, integrations) is non-refundable once delivered or when a phase is completed.
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, APIs, ad credits, payment gateway fees, licenses) are non-refundable once provisioned.
- Where refunds are approved, only the unused, eligible portion is considered after deducting applicable charges.
3) Course Refunds & Cancellations
- Course fees paid are generally non-refundable.
- If you are on an installment plan, access may be limited to modules as per the plan. Certificates are issued only after full payment and successful completion.
- If a session is postponed due to technical issues or instructor availability, it will be rescheduled. No refunds apply for rescheduling.
- Digital course materials are for personal learning only and cannot be shared, copied, or resold.
4) Service Project Cancellations
- Mid-project cancellations will be billed for completed milestones/phases and any non-recoverable third-party costs.
- Any approved balance refunds (if applicable) will be processed after reconciliation of delivered work and costs.
5) Non-Refundable Items
- Domains, hosting, SSL, email services, software licenses.
- Paid media budgets, ad credits, and wallet top-ups.
- Custom builds, bespoke designs, consulting hours already rendered.
- Downloaded digital goods/templates where access has been granted.
6) Refund Process & Timelines
- Submit a written request to info@itwiz.in with your invoice number, purchase date, and reason.
- Eligible refunds (if any) are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
- Bank/payment gateway processing times may affect when funds appear in your account.
7) Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, access to services/courses may be suspended pending resolution. We reserve the right to provide documentation to the payment provider.
8) Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
- For recurring services, cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. Fees for the current cycle are non-refundable.
- Please cancel at least 3 business days before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
9) International Payments
For international transfers, bank and gateway fees must be borne by the client to ensure our bank receives the full invoice value.
10) Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of changes.
